Write to info@peakappsstudio.com and include your iPhone model, the iOS version and what you were doing. We usually reply within two working days.
Common questions
- I hear no sound.
- Turn the volume up with the side buttons while a question plays. Hearmony plays even when the silent switch is on. With Bluetooth headphones, check that they are connected and not muted. If another app is playing audio in the background, pause it and tap Listen again.
- How do I change the note names?
- Settings, then Note names. Choose letters, German letters with H and B, fixed do in your language, Japanese or Korean names, or movable do. The whole app switches at once.
- Which levels are free?
- The daily warm-up, intervals levels 1 to 3, major and minor triads, treble and bass clef reading with one ledger line, the Contrast Duel, every naming system, the piano sound and seven days of stats. Everything else is part of Hearmony Pro.
- How do I restore my purchase on a new iPhone?
- Open the Pro screen (Settings, Get Hearmony Pro) and tap Restore purchases, signed in with the same Apple Account you used to buy.
- How do I cancel my subscription?
- On your iPhone open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose Hearmony Pro. In Hearmony, Settings, Manage subscription opens the same place. Cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends to stop the next renewal.
- How do I move my progress to another phone?
- In Settings choose Export a backup and save the file (for example in iCloud Drive). On the new phone install Hearmony, choose Import a backup and pick that file. You can replace what is there or merge the two.
- What is the Contrast Duel?
- When you mix up two answers, Hearmony offers six quick A-or-B questions on exactly that pair. The pair comes back over the next days until you can tell the two apart.
- Is my data sent anywhere?
- Your practice data stays on your iPhone. The privacy policy lists the small amount of technical data the app sends for updates.
Report a mistake in the music
If a question names something you believe is wrong (an interval, a chord, a key name in your language), tell us which drill and level it was. We check every report.
